Tweed Connections Day Centre
Tweed Connections is an independent day care centre which serves residents of Berwick-upon-Tweed and the surrounding areas.We offer: a range of care packages tailored to our individual clients; health and wellness programmes; a wide variety of activities to suit individual needs; a hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day as well as assisted bathing in a state of the art complex needs disabled bathroom. We have highly trained and experienced staff and can arrange transport if required.
