Rural Advocacy supports individuals and communities to live well and thrive in Glendale in North Northumberland. Our Rural Advocate can help you access support for a range of issues including; health & wellbeing, household costs, housing, benefits & entitlements, social activities, energy advice, caring for someone, living with an illness or disability or any situation that affects your welfare. Perhaps you are just having a difficult time or struggling to cope. Get in touch for a friendly confidential chat with our Rural Advocate or Rural Support Officer

If you would like to refer yourself, a family member, friend or neighbour (with their consent), please get in touch.  If you are a professional working with households in Glendale, you can also refer your client to us (with their consent).

How are services delivered?

This service is open to anyone living in Wooler and surrounding villages.

Face to face via a home visit. Appointments at the Cheviot Centre, Wooler. I also provide advice and support over the phone or by email.
