NCC: Gas Safe Fund
Northumberland County Council and the Gas Safe Charity can provide a hardship fund to identify and provide practical gas safety interventions, such as the replacement, repair and servicing of dangerous, faulty or inefficient gas appliances and installations that put the safety of vulnerable people at risk in their own homes. Grants of up to a maximum value of £500 per intervention and only one intervention per household
This could include: Gas safety checks, gas servicing, gas boiler repairs, gas boiler combustion analysis, gas cookers, gas fires, gas pipework, gas meters, and gas water heaters. Free carbon monoxide detectors are available as well as energy efficiency advice to help reduce your household bills. Northumberland County Council - Renewable Energy and Heat
Who can use this service?
Anyone who has a household income of less than £31,000 gross pa or has a disability/health condition and needs their boiler repaired/serviced
