A holistic, wrap-around service to residents of Northumberland - Energy Advice and Advocacy, with the addition of Debt and Money advice and welfare benefits support. Advisers will provide a specialised and tailored service to help those struggling withenergy issues, benefit applications, and those suffering welfare related hardship and fuel poverty. Our project’s scope and objectives are to address and help alleviate fuel poverty for South East Northumberland residents

Who can use this service?

How are services delivered?

Residents of south east Northumberland, especially from the Hirst Ward of Ashington.   This includes wider Ashington conurbation, Newbiggin,  Cambois, Bedlington, Blyth, Seghill and Seaton Delaval, Cramlington, Lynemouth and Ellington. 

Face to face, by telephone and online, homevisits.
