The General Housing Team aim to provide an holistic housing management service that meet the needs of our customers whilst supporting them to sustain their tenancies. We want to create places where people want to live, achieve their aspirations and to strengthen relationships with our customers throughout their Karbon journey.  We will do this by delivering a high quality, cost effective, customer focused housing service in response to customer needs and in accordance with housing policy and legislation.

We provide a range of housing management services to our customers who are able to live independently without any special housing or support requirements.
We are responsible for: Allocations ;  Tenancy management - supporting customers in their home and ensuring
they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement; Estate management - making sure the aesthetic, environmental
appearance of properties, gardens and neighbourhoods is of high quality  and Low Level Anti-social behaviour.
