The General Housing Team aims to provide an holistic housing management service that meets the needs of our customers whilst supporting them to sustain their tenancies. We provide a range of housing management services to our customers who are able to live independently without any special housing or support requirements. We are responsible for allocations, tenancy management, estate management, and low level anti-social behaviour.
We are responsible for: Allocations ; Tenancy management - supporting customers in their home and ensuring
they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement; Estate management - making sure the aesthetic, environmental
appearance of properties, gardens and neighbourhoods is of high quality and Low Level Anti-social behaviour.
