NCC: Housing & Estates Management

We support the management of Northumberland County Councils 8,500 stock of tenanted homes, the Estates Team provide a proactive service in supporting customers sustain their tenancies. This includes supporting customers with a change in circumstances, updating changes within the tenancy and households. Mutual Exchanges, Property Inspections, Successions, Terminations of Tenancy, Joint to Sole, Sole to Joint applications and Estate Walkabouts.

The Estate Team consists of 11 Officers each with a geographical patch containing a mix of property types.
