Blyth Anxious Minds is for the benefit of local people – including Veterans. We provide a service where they can access Counselling, information and advice. Please contact by telephone or email, leaving your contact number, and a counsellor will call to arrange an assessment.

Counselling is available face to face or via telephone or Zoom at a charitable rate of £30 per session. Please note we sometimes have funding available for free sessions but this is not guaranteed. This can be discussed at the time of booking.
