Being Woman

Our aim is to promote good mental health, self-esteem and emotional resilience of women and girls through supportive interventions. Our support includes English classes, practical immigration and asylum support, digital skills lessons and our RAIN service – supporting asylum seekers, refugees and ethnically diverse communities facing relationship problems and/or trauma.

We actively promote social and digital inclusion through our projects and services leading the way to inclusion in the digital space. We engage the audience with language that's simple and easy to understand. We also have a food app called Share Karo which means 'Let's Share'. You can download it onto your phone and request the food and essential box straight away.  Visit our website for more details: Being-Woman
